VND Global HCPA Meeting 2026 was an international corporate event hosted at the Grand Hotel Dino on Lake Maggiore, bringing together professionals and delegates from around the world in an elegant and welcoming setting.
Our role was to create a floral and atmospheric design that enhanced the natural beauty of the venue while supporting the event's networking and social moments. Inspired by the colors and textures of the lake, the concept combined soft blue tones, natural greenery, delicate seasonal flowers and warm lighting elements to create a refined yet relaxed environment.
Floral arrangements were carefully distributed throughout the Margherita Garden, alternating with candlelight and decorative elements to ensure visual balance across both seated and cocktail areas. Every detail was designed to contribute to a cohesive guest experience while maintaining a sophisticated corporate identity.
The result was an elegant outdoor setting where floral design, lighting and landscape worked together to create a memorable atmosphere overlooking Lake Maggiore.
